Precision Digital provides a wide variety of digital panel meters and field-mountable, explosion-proof devices for use with Modbus® RTU serial communications. This allows for communication between many devices connected to the same network and sends the results back to a supervisory system. These instruments and explosion-proof indicators can operate in Master, Slave, or Snooper (Packet Sniffer) mode and display up to 16 Modbus PVs. Many of these Modbus scanners include features such as math channels for calculations performed using the process inputs and feet & inches and bar graph level displays.
